Rolf Fuchs is a Success Coach at Fox Coaching. Rolf believes everyone has the right, and the potential to be happy and successful. My aim is to help people to have a positive mindset, and be able to focus their attention on the goals they want to achieve. After more than 25 years in the IT industry, and knowing the pain of becoming stuck “due to circumstances”, he changed his career to become a Success Coach and now helps others to find a way forward, even when they think they have no options.

Rolf has a passion for helping people. He has raised a child with Autism to see him grow into a confident self-sufficient adult who travels overseas on his own. His youngest son has Type 1 Diabetes and does not let that exclude him from life. He believes that everyone who is able should actively look to make a contribution to our society.

Summary

The balance between work and family is often very difficult and can be extremely stressful. This has been a battle I fought for many years which was made much more stressful with special needs in the family. People can become very stuck within such circumstances and develop a very negative mindset which makes the situation appear worse.

“I have a passion to help people change that mindset to give them the tools to design the life they really want. We only have a finite number of years on this planet, it is up to the individual to make the most of that time. If we wait for things to change around us, they either won’t change or we may not be happy with the change that happens to us. I firmly believe that if you want positive change in your life, you need to make that change within yourself first. Most people need some help to get them started on that journey, and that is a journey I enjoy seeing people take”.
